Cookie
Policy
Last updated: 2026-02-22
This Cookie Policy explains how Strike Protocol uses cookies and similar technologies on this Site, including tools used for functionality, analytics, and advertising.
Non-essential tracking technologies are activated only after consent, where required by applicable law.
1) Scope and Legal Framework
This Cookie Policy describes how cookies and similar technologies (including pixels, tags, SDKs, and online identifiers) are used by Strike Protocol (the "Controller") in connection with the website and related digital services (the "Site"). Personal data processing is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Directive 2002/58/EC ("ePrivacy Directive"), and applicable Italian law.
2) What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device while browsing. Some cookies are technically necessary for the proper functioning of the Site (for example security, cart management, authentication, and basic operational features). These cookies do not require consent when they are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user.
Other cookies, generally categorized as analytics or marketing cookies, are installed only after the user has given explicit consent. The user may accept, reject, or customize their preferences through the cookie banner or the preference center available on the Site. In the absence of consent, such tools remain disabled.
3) Analytics Tools
The Site may use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistical information about the use of the Site, including, for example, visited pages, interactions, time spent on the Site, and traffic sources. The data collected may include online identifiers, browser information, device information, and approximate usage data. Where required, this processing is based on the user's consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4) Marketing and Advertising Tools
The Site may also use Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, build custom audiences, and optimize ads. Events such as page views, add-to-cart actions, and purchases may be collected. Where the Conversions API is active, certain data may also be transmitted in pseudonymized or hashed form. In such cases, processing is likewise based on the user's prior consent.
5) International Data Transfers
The use of third-party tools such as Google and Meta may involve the transfer of personal data to countries located outside the European Union. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Arts. 44–49 GDPR, including through the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards provided by applicable law.
6) Retention Period
Data collected through analytics and marketing cookies are retained for a period proportionate to the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with the principles of data minimization and storage limitation set out in Art. 5 GDPR.
7) Managing or Withdrawing Consent
The user may withdraw or modify their consent at any time by accessing the cookie preference center available on the Site. It is also possible to configure the browser to block or delete cookies. However, disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the correct functioning of the Site.
8) Further Information and Data Subject Rights
For more information about the processing of personal data, the rights of the data subject (including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability), and how to exercise those rights, users should refer to the Site's Privacy Policy.
