1) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimated in business days from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.

2) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/volume.

Free shipping promotions (if active) will be shown at checkout.

3) Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

  • If tracking does not update for 24–48 hours, it may simply be a carrier scan delay.
  • If there are no updates after 5 business days, contact us and we will open a verification case.

4) Duties & Taxes (Outside the EU)

For shipments outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be required by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5) Address Changes / Failed Delivery

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before the order is shipped.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may ask you to cover the cost of a new shipment.

6) Damaged Package, Missing Items, or Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos of the packaging and the contents.

  • Do not throw away the packaging until the case is closed.
  • Attach photos of the shipping label, outer packaging, and the contents.
