1) How It Works (3 Steps)

Email us with your order number

Send an email to support@strikeprotocol.shop with your order number and reason (optional).

Receive instructions and return address

We'll reply with the steps and the return address. We recommend tracked shipping.

Verification and refund

After receiving and verifying the return, we'll issue the refund according to the stated timelines.

Tip: include photos of the product in your message if there are defects or damage. It helps us resolve things faster.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the product must be returned in suitable condition, with accessories and packaging, except as required by applicable law.

Not eligible (examples)

Items used beyond what is necessary for testing, damaged due to improper use, or missing components/accessories.

3) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs: paid by the customer (except for defective products or shipping errors).

If the issue is on our end (defective product on arrival / shipping error), we handle the solution as a priority.

4) Refunds: Timing & Method

Once we receive and verify the return, we issue the refund within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to provider limitations.

Note: the time for the refund to appear in your account also depends on your bank or payment network.

5) Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery attaching photos of the external packaging, shipping label, and the contents.

Don't throw away the packaging until the case is closed: the carrier often requires it for the investigation.

6) Exchanges

At the moment we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order once the return has been approved.

7) Order Cancellation

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately. We will do our best to cancel it.

If the order has already been shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process.

8) Disputes & Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute or chargeback, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved faster through our support team.

If there's a real issue, support is the fastest route: we immediately open a case, tracking, and solution.
