Start with Protocol mode. It teaches the most common combinations and trains you to read and react to cues correctly. Once you're comfortable, move to Reflex mode for reaction speed, or other modes.

Can't connect to the strikepad
Cause
Bluetooth is off or the device isn't powered.
Fix
Turn on the strikepad and enable Bluetooth on your phone, then reopen the app and grant permissions.
Camera / Guard Alert not detecting
Cause
Camera permission isn't enabled or the lighting is too dark.
Fix
Allow camera permission in your phone settings, clean the camera lens, and train in a well-lit room.
App won't open / crashes on launch
Cause
Cached data conflict after an update.
Fix
Force close the app, clear the cache in phone settings, then reopen. If it persists, uninstall and reinstall -
